SoundHealth has raised $12.25 million in an oversubscribed Series A round led by Shangbay Capital to accelerate the growth of its portfolio of AI-enabled, FDA-cleared, non-invasive devices for breathing and sleep disorders.

The funding will support commercial expansion of the company's personalized therapeutics, including the Sonu band, an FDA-cleared device that uses acoustic resonance therapy to treat nasal congestion, and Spatial Sleep, a personalized sleep wellness device. SoundHealth combines proprietary AI with craniofacial anatomical data to deliver drug-free, individualized treatment.

“We are excited to work with Shangbay Capital to help accelerate the growth of our business,” said Dr. Paramesh Gopi, CEO of SoundHealth. “Shangbay's deep expertise in scaling medtech companies will benefit our growth trajectory.”
