Founding Guided Solutions at 26, he realized a dream of building a business that would proudly differentiate itself in the way it delivers talent for disruptive MedTech companies.

Over the past two decades, David has built a reputation founded on integrity and a network shaped by genuine relationships, helping companies find the people behind technologies that change and save lives. He brings exceptional expertise across the full MedTech lifecycle, from Product Development and Engineering to C-Suite and Board level search.

Twenty-three years at Guided Solutions have shaped Jonathan profoundly. As a Director, he balances client work with overseeing the company's dedicated Team Build services, a specialism he is passionate about, particularly when it comes to helping SMEs unlock the talent that takes their business to the next level.

Nicole leads ValuraNova, the executive search division focused exclusively on Medical Aesthetics. Built on the heritage of Guided Solutions, the business has completed over 350 searches across 20+ countries - and continues to grow. Nicole leads with a clear philosophy: long-term fit over quick placements, and partnerships built to last. She's running a team across four time zones that shares that vision.

As a Director at Guided Solutions, Dame has made it his mission to continuously push the business forward - leading global Operations, Business Development, and Marketing across an international team, forging strategic partnerships, and finding bold ways to engage the audiences that matter most. He channels that same drive into GS Capital Connect, connecting high-potential MedTech companies with investors who don't just bring capital, but a genuine understanding of what it takes to bring a medical technology to market.

Marco has spent many years building a career in recruitment with a sharp focus on the German MedTech market. At Guided Solutions, he works across direct search, interim management, and leadership advisory, bringing a level of market insight that only comes from being deeply embedded in the industry for years. He knows the landscape, he knows the players, and he knows what it truly takes to make the right match.

Darren has been part of the Guided Solutions story since 2001, drawn in by a genuine passion for the healthcare environment. Over two decades, he has watched the business grow into a leading international MedTech recruiter - and remains as committed as ever to the quality, consultative approach that defines it. He thrives on the variety of projects he leads, both in the UK and internationally.

With 18 years in MedTech executive search, Tessa has built a reputation as a trusted advisor across specialisms and seniority levels - from individual placements to full team builds. She takes a consultative, people-first approach, helping clients secure the right talent while guiding candidates toward career moves that genuinely matter.

Toni is an Executive Search Consultant with over a decade of experience, joining Guided Solutions in 2021 to work closely with CEO Kristien on some of the most challenging vacancies. From highly specialized R&D engineers to CEOs and Board Chairpersons, her range is broad. Backed by a background in Organizational Psychology and Business Administration, she is as much a trusted advisor as she is a recruiter.

With a naturally caring manner and a background that made recruitment feel like an obvious next step, Megan is often the first friendly voice candidates hear at Guided Solutions. As an Executive Research Consultant, she takes the time to understand not just a candidate's experience, but their motivations - what they're really looking for before the search begins. She works very closely with our Director Jonathan Kerriss, supporting him with his recruitment, focusing heavily in surgical orthopedics.

Helena is a highly experienced recruiter with expertise across multiple disciplines and sectors. She takes great pride in helping individuals secure their ideal next move while supporting clients in finding the right talent to drive their businesses forward. She now partners with innovative MedTech companies, ensuring each critical hire is made through a bespoke, service-driven process.

Silviya's natural ability to connect with people from all walks of life is something she puts to good use every day as an International Candidate Manager, speaking with professionals across Europe and beyond. She takes the time to understand not just her candidates' experience, but their ambitions, and finds real fulfilment in making the right match. Since joining Guided Solutions in 2017, she hasn't stopped growing - and she'll tell you the team around her makes that easy.

With a foundation in executive search across SaaS, software, and AI, she brings a tech-forward lens to the MedTech space - helping early-stage and scaling companies secure the talent needed to commercialize breakthrough technologies. Her work at Guided Solutions is now fully focused on the MedTech sector, with a particular emphasis on companies transforming diagnostics and radiology through digital tools, data, and AI.

Priya is an Executive Search Consultant and has been supporting our clients in the DACH region for the past 4 years. She brings in great communication and language skills from her previous roles. It really motivates her to find the ideal fit for the client, maintaining close contact with her candidates and giving them full support throughout the process.

Ani is one of the friendly faces keeping Guided Solutions running smoothly behind the scenes. Her role sits at the heart of the business - from maintaining candidate and client records and supporting the recruitment process, to taking on HR and accounts responsibilities, and providing direct support to the CEO. It's the kind of varied, fast-paced role that requires someone who is equally comfortable with people as they are with processes. She quietly holds everything together.

Zhuliyana's career in marketing began over ten years ago, with well-rounded expertise spanning social media, SEO, PR, and email campaigns. As Digital Marketing Manager at Guided Solutions, she brings a clear philosophy to everything she does: the best campaigns don't just reach people, they resonate with them. Data tells her what's working. Creativity tells her what's possible.

Through his work with leading media organizations, sports brands and NGOs, Bozhidar has developed a deep understanding of how marketing can help businesses achieve its goals. He supports Guided Solutions' marketing initiatives and makes sure the team never misses an important update from the world of MedTech.
