German medtech startup EVERSION Technologies has raised €2.3 million in a Seed II round to scale its personalized corrective insole technology designed to address musculoskeletal pain linked to gait and foot alignment.
Led by Kammerer Holding and Kreissparkasse Biberach, the funding will support sales growth and partnerships with doctors, therapists, and orthopaedic providers. The company has already gained early market traction, with more than 1,500 customers and reimbursement coverage from German statutory health insurers.
EVERSION’s solution combines sensor-based gait analysis, an app, and a 3D biomechanical model to create customized insoles that provide targeted support while preserving natural foot movement. The company aims to shift orthotic care from standard support products toward personalized, data-driven interventions.
“I know from my own experience how hip pain can take over daily life. It means so much to me that we can help so many people with our solution,” said Julia Zimmermann, co-founder and CEO of EVERSION.
