Carvolix has secured up to €30 million in structured debt financing from life sciences lender Claret Capital Partners to support the commercialization and industrialization of its AI-driven robotic and biomimetic technologies.

The financing includes an immediate €10 million drawdown, with additional tranches linked to milestones including FDA clearance of the Tavipilot Robotic System. Funds will support the U.S. commercialization of Tavipilot and further development of Carvolix’s cardiovascular and neurovascular portfolio, including Kalios, Artus, Artedrone and Mitrapilot.

“This debt financing… gives us the resources to accelerate the commercialization of Tavipilot and preparation of industrialization across our portfolio,” said Sébastien Ladet, CEO of Carvolix.

The company aims to advance AI-guided robotics and biomimetic implants as new approaches for complex cardiovascular and neurovascular procedures.
