Zenflow, developer of the Zenflow Spring System for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), has closed an oversubscribed $52 million Series D led by Cook Medical. New investor ClavystBio joined, along with existing backers Invus Opportunities, F-Prime, and Medtech Venture Partners. HSBC Bank USA and Trinity Capital also provided venture debt. In a parallel announcement, Zenflow and Cook entered an exclusive U.S. distribution agreement.

The proceeds will fund the commercial launch of the Spring System, which received FDA PMA approval in December 2025. Zenflow describes the device as an in-office treatment that offers sizing options and full reversibility. The company says it requires no post-procedure catheter and preserves sexual function. It positions the system as a first-line interventional therapy, a device-based alternative to drug therapy for the more than 30 million U.S. men living with BPH.
For Zenflow, having its lead investor also serve as exclusive distributor ties capital to commercial reach. Cook brings an established urology presence at the point where the company moves from approval to broad launch. Cook's DJ Sirota called the system a "meaningful advancement in care to BPH patients."
For the broader MedTech space, the deal comes as BPH device competition widens. ProVerum's ProVee system also won FDA approval around the same time as Spring, and Zenflow reported its first commercial procedures last month.
