Private equity firm KKR has agreed to acquire medical device CDMO Integer Holdings in a $5.7 billion transaction, taking the company private. Under the agreement, Integer shareholders will receive $127 per share, with the deal expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
