The acquisition adds Sanara's portfolio of regenerative surgical products and pipeline, including the FDA Breakthrough Device-designated OsStic BioAdhesive Advanced Bone Fixation technology, which is targeted for commercial launch in 2027. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

“With Sanara, we will accelerate this effort and meaningfully expand our reach across several subspecialties,” said MiMedx CEO Joseph H. Capper. “On a combined basis, 2027 total revenue is expected to be well in excess of $400 million with an adjusted EBITDA margin expected to be over 20%.”
