Tandem Health raises $100M Series B to expand AI-powered clinic software

Tandem Health has raised $100M in Series B funding, led by the Scaleup Europe Fund managed by EQT, bringing its total funding to $160M. The funding will support expansion across Europe and development of its AI-native Clinic Operating System, adding triage, scheduling and patient communications to its existing AI medical assistant.

ReEmerge exits stealth with $37M Series A to advance brain injury therapy

ReEmerge has launched from stealth with an oversubscribed $37M Series A, co-led by U.S. Venture Partners and Santé. The funding will support a clinical study of its Cognitive Network Restoration Therapy (CNRT) for chronic cognitive impairment following traumatic brain injury, alongside technology development and regulatory work.

Piomic Medical secures $25M growth financing to advance wound care system

Swiss medtech company Piomic Medical has secured $25M in growth financing, led by Swisscanto, to advance its COMS One Therapy System for non-healing wounds. The funding will support completion of clinical trials, the U.S. FDA filing and market entry, and expansion of the COMS platform into additional applications.

FIZE Medical raises $20M Series B to advance AI-guided ICU care

Israeli medtech company FIZE Medical has raised $20M in Series B funding, co-led by Asahi Kasei Medical and Rapha Capital. The funding will support development of FIZE Optima, an AI-powered platform designed to predict fluid-related risks in critically ill patients, while expanding commercial activities across Europe, Japan and the U.S.

MMI secures €17M investment to advance microsurgery robotics

MMI has secured €17M in co-investment from the EIB and Angelini Ventures to advance its robotic microsurgery platform, including the Symani Surgical System. The investment is the third completed under the partners’ €150M healthcare initiative, which has now invested or committed €68.5M across five European life sciences companies.

Health Force raises €4.2M Seed to expand AI agents for hospital operations

Barcelona-based Health Force has raised €4.2M in Seed funding, led by LUMO Labs, to expand its AI agent platform for automating hospital administrative workflows. The funding will support new applications across quality reporting, clinical trials and resource optimisation, alongside expansion into Germany, France and Spain.

Aseptuva advances Far-UVC technology towards clinical development

Swiss-UK medtech company Aseptuva has progressed to preclinical validation following its CHF 2.4M seed round. The company is developing a targeted Far-UVC disinfection technology designed to reduce catheter-related bloodstream infections, and is now opening a CHF 5M Series A to support clinical development and expansion into the UK and U.S.

Phosphoenix secures €1.3M to advance visual neuroprosthetic

Phosphoenix has secured €1.3M in financing from existing investors and new backer ROM InWest. The funding will support preparations for a first-in-human study and further development of its Fountain Probe, a high-density neuroprosthetic designed to stimulate the brain’s visual pathway for people with profound blindness.

UCANACT raises €800K to advance brain-computer communication

Utrecht-based neurotech startup UCANACT has raised €800K in pre-seed funding, led by LUMO Labs and Utrecht Holdings Seed Fund, to develop its brain-computer interface (BCI) for people with severe motor impairments. The funding will support development of technology that translates brain signals into computer actions and speech, with three clinical studies already underway.

Instalimb secures Series C investment to expand 3D-printed prosthetics

Tokyo-based Instalimb has secured Series C investment from Nippon Express Holdings alongside a capital and business alliance. The partnership will support the global expansion of its AI-designed, 3D-printed prosthetics, with NX Group helping build the supply chain for Instalimb’s printers and materials across emerging markets.
