Precision Neuroscience raises $250M Series D to advance brain-computer interface
Precision Neuroscience has closed an oversubscribed $250M Series D, bringing total capital raised to $430M. The funding will support expansion of its clinical programme, further FDA review of the Layer 7 Cortical Interface, and infrastructure needed for commercialization.

HighLife raises $90M+ to advance TMVR clinical development and European expansion
HighLife has raised $90M+ (€80M) in financing, co-led by Andera Partners, Sofinnova Partners, Supernova Invest and Mérieux Equity Partners. The funding will support the U.S. pivotal clinical study of its transcatheter mitral valve replacement system and accelerate commercial expansion across Europe following recent CE Mark approvals.

Anaconda Biomed raises $56M to advance neurovascular portfolio
Anaconda Biomed has secured $56M in financing, led by Omega Funds alongside new and existing investors. The funding will support completion of its ATHENA pivotal IDE study of the ANA Funnel Catheter, alongside product development and global regulatory approvals for its thrombectomy portfolio.

UltraSight raises $24M Series B2 to expand AI-powered cardiac imaging
UltraSight has raised $24M in Series B2 funding, led by Alive HealthTech Growth Fund with participation from new and existing investors. The funding will support U.S. commercial expansion, new cardiac imaging workflows for intensive care and circulatory support, and further development of its AI-powered Echosystem platform.

Incepto Medical raises $16M to expand AI-powered medical imaging
Incepto Medical has raised $16M in funding, led by Impactivist with strong participation from existing investors. The funding will support the expansion of its AI medical imaging platform across Europe and the U.S., including its TANGO generative AI reporting assistant, AI portfolio and post-market monitoring capabilities.

Dialybrid raises €15M Series A to advance hemodialysis vascular access
Dialybrid has raised €15M ($17M) in Series A funding, led by XGEN Venture with participation from CDP Venture Capital, alongside the first successful human implant of its Silkothane Arteriovenous Graft. The funding will support clinical development of the vascular access device and preclinical work exploring Silkothane in other vascular applications.

Aseptuva opens CHF 5M Series A to advance Far-UVC infection prevention
Swiss-UK medtech company Aseptuva has progressed to preclinical validation following its CHF 2.4M ($2.8M) seed round and is now raising a CHF 5M ($6M) Series A. The funding will support clinical development of its targeted Far-UVC technology for preventing catheter-related bloodstream infections, alongside UK expansion and preparations for the U.S. market.

Aqua Medical secures Series B to advance Type 2 diabetes procedure
Aqua Medical has secured Series B funding, led by Relevance Ventures, to advance its investigational PIMA procedure for Type 2 diabetes. The funding will support completion of the U.S. RESTORE-1 pilot study and preparations for a planned U.S. pivotal trial, subject to regulatory authorization.

Chinese respiratory device company Vapo Health has raised tens of millions of yuan in Series B funding, backed by CICC Capital, Kunshan Hi-Tech Group, Shenzhen Capital Group and Yujian Future. The funding will support development and expansion of its nano-scale atomising micropore technology and respiratory device portfolio.
