Carvolix secures €30M debt financing to accelerate AI-driven robotics commercialization

Carvolix has secured up to €30M in structured debt financing from Claret Capital, including an initial €10M drawdown. The funding will support commercialization and industrialization of its AI-driven robotic platforms, including the FDA 510(k)-pending Tavipilot robotic system for cardiovascular interventions and the Kalios implant platform.

Andromeda Surgical raises $15M Series A to advance autonomous surgery platform

Andromeda Surgical secured $15M Series A funding led by Standard Capital to accelerate development of its autonomous surgical platform, starting with endourology procedures. The company’s system has already supported HoLEP procedures across three countries and will expand commercialization following regulatory clearances.

Salus Scientific raises $10.1M Series A to support commercial expansion

Salus Scientific has raised $10.1M in an oversubscribed Series A financing to accelerate commercial scale-up, expand production capabilities and strengthen clinical infrastructure. The funding will support the company’s next phase of growth and revenue expansion.

Wellinks secures $10M for respiratory disease RPM tool’s advancement

Wellinks secured $10M to scale its FDA-cleared Spire RPM platform, which uses wearable technology to monitor respiratory health and support earlier intervention for chronic conditions. Funds will drive commercial expansion, clinical data growth, and broader cardiopulmonary applications.

Vexev raises $6M to advance autonomous vascular imaging platform in the US

Vexev secured $6M to accelerate FDA clearance and U.S. commercialization of VxWave, its robotic AI-powered ultrasound platform designed to standardize vascular imaging. Following successful clinical validation in dialysis workflows, the funding will support regulatory activities, manufacturing scale-up, and market expansion.

Meduloc raises $4M Series B to advance flexible fracture fixation platform

Meduloc secured $4M Series B financing to support the controlled commercial launch of its FDA-cleared nitinol intramedullary implant for orthopedic fracture fixation. The funding will accelerate clinical evidence generation and expansion of its platform across adult and pediatric fracture care.
