CoreMap raises $37M Series C led by Medtronic to advance AFib mapping technology

CoreMap has raised $37M in a Series C round led by Medtronic to accelerate development of its high-density mapping and data analytics platform for atrial fibrillation ablation. The technology is designed to provide physicians with more precise, data-driven guidance for personalized AFib treatment.

Xeltis raises €20.5M to advance aXess toward FDA approval and US launch

Xeltis has raised an additional €20.5M from Horizon 3 Healthcare, the European Innovation Council, Invest-NL and existing investors to advance its aXess™ vascular access implant toward FDA approval and U.S. launch. The funding will support clinical trials, European commercialization, manufacturing scale-up and development of its regenerative implant pipeline.

Magnendo raises $18M Series A to advance magnetic robotic navigation for stroke care

Magnendo has raised $18M in a Series A round led by Penumbra to support development of its magnetic robotic navigation platform for neuro-endovascular procedures. The funding will accelerate product development and preparation for first-in-human studies of its system combining steerable guidewires, robotics, imaging and AI-driven navigation.

Vivid Dx raises $15M to advance rapid blood-based infection diagnostics

Vivid Dx has raised $15M in seed funding co-led by Oxford Science Enterprises and Cedars-Sinai Intellectual Property Co. to advance its blood-based diagnostic platform. The technology combines Raman spectroscopy, AI and advanced sample processing to identify pathogens and antibiotic susceptibility directly from blood, aiming to reduce infection diagnosis timelines from days to hours.

SoundHealth raises $12.25M Series A to expand AI-enabled breathing and sleep therapies

SoundHealth has raised $12.25M in a Series A round led by Shangbay Capital to scale its FDA-cleared, AI-enabled non-invasive devices for breathing and sleep disorders. The funding will support expansion of its personalized therapeutics, including the Sonu band and Spatial Sleep platform, which combine proprietary AI with acoustic technology.

Dopl Technologies has raised $6.3M in a seed round led by SpringTide Ventures to accelerate development of its remote robotic ultrasound platform. The funding will support regulatory activities, clinical validation and FDA 510(k) submission for its telerobotic imaging system designed to expand access to ultrasound care.

Navi raises A$6.8M to commercialize pediatric vascular access technology in the US

Navi Medical Technologies has raised A$6.8M led by KP Rx, with participation from Innovation Victoria and Pacific Channel, to support U.S. commercialization of its FDA-cleared Neonav® platform. The technology uses real-time ECG guidance to improve placement and monitoring of vascular access devices in neonatal and paediatric patients.

Aurenar raises $5.7M seed round to advance neuromodulation technology

Aurenar has raised $5.7M in a seed round co-led by Go Red for Women Venture Fund and Solas BioVentures to advance its V-Link™ neuromodulation system. The funding will support final device development, regulatory submissions and pivotal trials for its FDA Breakthrough Device-designated technology targeting cerebral vasospasm after aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.

EVERSION Technologies has raised €2.3M in a Seed II round led by Kammerer Holding and Kreissparkasse Biberach to scale its AI-enabled corrective insole platform. The technology combines sensor-based gait analysis, 3D biomechanical modeling and personalized orthotics to address musculoskeletal pain, with the product already covered by German insurers.
