Neko Health raises $700M Series C ahead of U.S. expansion
Neko Health has raised $700M in a Series C round led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and co-led by O.G. Venture Partners. The funding will support the launch of its preventive healthcare clinics in the U.S. and continued development of its AI-enabled, non-invasive whole-body health screening platform, which combines proprietary imaging technology, blood analysis and clinician review to enable early disease detection.

THINK Surgical secures up to $65M to expand orthopedic robotics platform
THINK Surgical has secured a debt facility of up to $65M from Symbiotic Capital, including an initial $25M tranche. The funding will support commercialization of its TMINI® Miniature Robotic System for total knee replacement surgery and advance the company's dual-channel commercial strategy toward profitability.
President and CEO Stuart Simpson: "This facility, combined with recent additional investments by our existing investors, will allow us to continue our significant growth and development of TMINI, and is expected to fully finance the Company to profitability."
Xenter raises $58M Series B to accelerate TechMed platform commercialization
Xenter has raised $58.25M in a Series B round backed by existing shareholders, family offices and healthcare investors. The funding will support the commercial launch of its XenFi™ wireless ecosystem, manufacturing expansion, clinical and regulatory initiatives, and continued development of its AI-enabled TechMed™ platform, which integrates wireless medical devices, diagnostics and healthcare data.

RapidPulse raises $48M Series B to advance stroke thrombectomy technology
RapidPulse has raised $48M in a Series B round co-led by Medtronic, TechWald Next and S3 Ventures. The funding will support completion of the FDA IDE TURBO trial and further development of its proprietary pulsed aspiration thrombectomy platform for treating acute ischemic stroke, ahead of planned FDA submission.

Endo Tools Therapeutics raises $23M Series C to expand endomina endoscopic platform
Endo Tools Therapeutics has raised ~$23M in a Series C round led by Capricorn Partners, with participation from MGFO and existing investors. The funding will support U.S., European and Middle East commercialization of its FDA-cleared endomina EZFuse system, advance clinical evidence for a U.S. weight loss indication and expand adoption of its minimally invasive endoscopic suturing technology.

410 Medical secures $12M in Growth financing to accelerate commercial expansion
410 Medical has raised $12M in an oversubscribed round led by Orlando Health Ventures, with participation from healthcare investors including Hatteras Venture Partners and Sarnova. The funding will support commercial expansion, broader adoption of its LifeFlow rapid infusion platform for sepsis and hemorrhagic shock, and development of its next-generation infuser planned for 2027.

Cornea Sense raises €1.1M pre-seed funding to advance corneal hydration diagnostics
Cornea Sense has raised €1.1M in a pre-seed round led by Innovestor Angel CoFund, with support from Business Finland and angel investors. The funding will advance development of its non-invasive corneal hydration measurement technology, combining terahertz sensing and OCT to enable new diagnostic capabilities in ophthalmology and support regulatory preparation.
According to Dr. Anton Chernenko, CEO and Co-Founder of Cornea Sense, the importance of corneal hydration measurement has long been overlooked due to technical limitations.
