Bridge to Life raises $110M to scale VitaSmart perfusion system across US transplant centers
Bridge to Life has raised $110M in Series C and debt financing, led by Soleus Capital with participation from Lauxera Capital Partners, to accelerate the U.S. commercial rollout of its FDA-cleared VitaSmart™ HOPE System for liver transplantation. The funding will expand its commercial reach, advance a new organ viability assessment tool, and support the development of its multi-organ preservation pipeline.

Flagler Health raises $50M Series B to scale AI-powered MSK platform
Flagler Health has raised $50M in Series B funding, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, bringing total funding to $63M. The company’s AI-native platform integrates with existing EMRs to streamline musculoskeletal care, from triage to billing and patient communications. The funding will support further expansion across U.S. MSK practices.

Versa Vascular expands Series C to $42M
Versa Vascular has expanded its Series C financing by $15M, bringing the round to $42M. The funding will support clinical studies of its AdapTR™ transcatheter tricuspid repair device, including a U.S. Early Feasibility Study, as well as further product development and optimization. The company also appointed Bill Shields as CEO, following his 15 years at Medtronic’s structural heart business.

Ayati Devices has raised ₹15 crore in Pre-Series A funding led by Inflexor Ventures. The funding will support commercialization of its diagnostic technologies for diabetic foot complications, including Angiocam, while expanding manufacturing, R&D and global market reach.

Futong Huizhi raises tens of millions of yuan to advance ultrasound BCI
Chinese MedTech company Futong Huizhi has raised tens of millions of yuan in an angel round led by Vision+ Capital, with participation from Yosen AI. The funding will support R&D of its tFUS-Mind closed-loop ultrasound brain-computer interface, clinical trials, team expansion and sales development.

Henry Ford + MSU Innovation Fund makes first investments
The Henry Ford + MSU Innovation Fund has made its first investments in LightHearted AI and M3D, supporting technologies for heart valve disease detection and real-time radiation imaging. The healthcare-focused fund, launched with an initial $10M commitment, will provide capital and strategic support to help early-stage companies advance clinical validation and commercialization.
