TYBR Health has raised $30 million in a Series A financing round led by Vensana Capital and Mutual Capital Partners to expand commercialization of its B3 GEL hydrogel platform for orthopedic surgery.
The funding will support broader market access, new clinical studies, and expanded indications for B3 GEL, an FDA-cleared extracellular matrix hydrogel designed to protect healing tissue following orthopedic procedures. Since its U.S. launch in January 2026, the product has gained traction among surgeons performing hand, wrist, and shoulder surgeries.
“Surgeons are exceptionally good at the structural repair, but the biology that follows is what determines how it heals,” said Tim Keane, CEO of TYBR Health. “We built TYBR Health around a simple principle: managing the healing environment should complement good surgical technique and contribute to better recovery for patients. This financing lets us reach more surgeons and generate the clinical evidence to move that shift forward.”
B3 GEL is designed to separate healing tissue planes and reduce unwanted adhesions while supporting tendon and ligament movement during recovery, with the goal of improving patient outcomes after orthopedic surgery.
