Endo Tools Therapeutics raises $23M Series C to expand endomina platform

Latest Medtech News

Endo Tools Therapeutics (ETT) has raised €20 million ($23 million) in an oversubscribed Series C financing round to accelerate commercialization of its endomina® platform and recently FDA-cleared endomina® EZFuse system.

The round was led by Capricorn Partners through its Capricorn Healthtech Fund II, with participation from MGFO and existing investors.

The funding will support commercial expansion across the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East, while generating the clinical evidence needed to pursue a U.S. weight loss indication for the endomina platform.

The endomina system enables physicians to perform endoscopic suturing through the mouth using a standard endoscope. Its newly cleared EZFuse system features a simplified, single-movement suturing mechanism designed to improve workflow, reduce procedure time, and enhance procedural consistency.

CEO Alexandre Chau said:

"With the recent FDA clearance of the endomina EZFuse system, we are introducing a next-generation solution designed to simplify workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance the physician experience."

The financing strengthens ETT's commercialization strategy and supports broader adoption of its minimally invasive endoscopic technologies for gastrointestinal and obesity treatment.
