Neurent Medical, developer of the NEUROMARK System for chronic rhinitis, has secured a €25 million growth debt financing facility from Claret Capital Partners. The Galway, Ireland-headquartered company, with US operations in Braintree, Massachusetts, will use the funds to support continued commercial expansion of NEUROMARK, invest in sales and marketing, strengthen its balance sheet, and fund future growth opportunities.

The facility follows Neurent Medical's €62.5 million Series C round completed earlier this year. NEUROMARK uses proprietary impedance-controlled radiofrequency technology to target hyperactive posterior nasal nerves, offering relief from chronic rhinitis, a condition the company says affects nearly one in four Americans. The system received FDA 510(k) clearance for its next-generation version in June 2025 and now carries a Category I CPT reimbursement code for the underlying procedure.
For Neurent Medical, the debt facility provides additional capital to scale commercial operations with what CEO Brian Shields described as "minimal dilution to shareholders," layering non-dilutive financing on top of this year's equity raise. For the broader MedTech space, the deal reflects continued use of growth debt as a complementary tool alongside venture funding for commercial-stage device companies, an approach Claret Capital Partners has built its business around, having deployed more than €1.5 billion across over 210 companies since 2013.
Claret Capital Partners Principal Daniel Mallon said the firm remains focused on supporting Neurent Medical as it works "to improve outcomes for millions of patients suffering from chronic rhinitis."
