Nevro is a global medical device company specializing in high-frequency spinal cord stimulation therapy for chronic pain. Challenge
Nevro needed to build and continuously replenish a high-performing global team across commercial, clinical, and technical functions. The roles spanned multiple geographies and required candidates with highly specific therapy-area knowledge and the ability to operate within a fast-scaling environment. The volume, speed, and consistency of hiring required a search partner with deep sector knowledge and the capacity to run multiple searches simultaneously without compromising on fit.
