We are looking for a VP Commercial who will be responsible for the Americas region.
This is a strategic leadership role with responsibility for the commercial business across the region. The successful candidate will lead the commercial transformation, double the Americas business (now approximately $50m), strengthen strategic customer and distributor partnerships, support the development of commercial excellence, and develop a high-performing regional organization. The position offers significant visibility within the global leadership team and a genuine opportunity for career progression.
About the role
Key requirements:
- Relevant university degree; MBA is advantageous .
- Senior commercial leadership experience within medical devices or healthcare in multi-country markets in the Americas.
- Experience driving solution-selling strategies.
- Strong background leading direct and distributor sales organizations.
- Proven experience growing SME or high-growth businesses.
- Commercial excellence and business growth mindset. .
- Proven commercial transformation and change leadership.
- Track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience working within a global matrix organization.
- Strategic, hands-on and collaborative leadership style.
- Strong team and stakeholder management, and executive presence.
- Global mindset with excellent cross-cultural communication.
- Fluent English is a must; Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
