Territory Manager

We’re partnering with a leading global MedTech innovator to recruit a Territory Manager specialising in RF Ablation for chronic pain management to cover the Southwest Region of the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to move into a specialist medical device role, combining your clinical knowledge, relationship-building skills and commercial ambition to support clinicians and improve patient care.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting clinicians with innovative radiofrequency ablation technology used in chronic pain management.
• Providing clinical support, product demonstrations and education in hospital environments.
• Building relationships with pain specialists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Supporting clinical procedures, product application and follow-up.
• Growing your territory through clinical engagement and consultative sales.

Who are we looking for?

We're keen to hear from candidates with 1–5 years of relevant experience, including:

• Physiotherapists looking to transition into medical devices or clinical sales.
• Theatre Nurses or other clinically experienced professionals keen to move into a commercial role.
• Junior Medical Sales Representatives looking to develop within a specialist MedTech environment.
• Candidates with surgical, theatre or hospital-based experience.
• Confident communicators who enjoy building relationships and educating clinical stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, proactive individuals who are eager to learn and develop.
• Experience in pain management or surgical medical devices would be advantageous, but a strong clinical foundation and the right attitude are key.
