Our client is an established manufacturer of medical devices with a global presence.
We are partnering with our client to recruit a Sales Manager Europe for an established and successful position within their commercial team. This is not a newly created role, but a key role with a strong foundation, offering the opportunity to build on existing customer relationships and drive continued growth across the European market.
About the role
The role will drive sales growth across Europe by developing distribution partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving commercial targets. The role will manage sales activities across the assigned region, develop and support distribution partners, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver commercial success.
Please note this role can be based in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France or Spain.
Candidates who are based outside of these countries will not be considered.
About you
Requirements:
- Relevant university degree.
- Proven medical device sales experience across Europe.
- Experience building and managing distributor networks.
- Track record of developing long-term customer relationships.
- Previous people management experience preferred.
- Fluent English and German; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
