We’re looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Regional Business Manager to join their Critical Care team, covering Southeast England.
This is more than a territory management role. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic clinical environment, working alongside critical care teams, building relationships with key decision-makers and introducing innovative solutions that support clinicians in some of the most challenging areas of healthcare.

About the role
The Role
- Own and grow the South East England territory, identifying where the biggest commercial opportunities lie.
- Hunt for new business, opening doors and developing relationships across NHS hospitals and key accounts.
- Build, manage and convert a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Drive sales across the Critical Care product portfolio, consistently delivering against targets.
- Build strong relationships with critical care clinicians, Clinical Nurse Specialists and key stakeholders.
- Develop trusted partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential clinical decision-makers.
- Identify opportunities for product evaluations and coordinate these from initial engagement through to implementation.
- Work collaboratively with clinical and commercial stakeholders to demonstrate the value of the portfolio.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of customer needs, market developments and emerging opportunities.
- Take ownership of your territory and turn strategy into measurable commercial results.
About you
What are we looking for?
- Proven experience in medical device sales within the NHS.
- Experience selling capital equipment would be highly advantageous.
- Someone who enjoys prospecting, opening new accounts and winning business.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of delivering against targets.
- Confident engaging with clinicians and senior NHS stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Someone who is motivated by both winning commercially and making a difference clinically.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
