They are now looking for an experienced person to take Clinical ownership across the Northwest of England.
This is an opportunity for an established Clinical Specialist or Orthopaedic Specialist to join a high-performing team and play a key role in growing the joint replacement business across the region.
You’ll be at the heart of complex joint replacement procedures - combining your orthopaedic product expertise and clinical knowledge to support complex procedures, develop key customer relationships.
About the role
The Role
- Provide expert clinical and product support during joint replacement and complex reconstruction procedures.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key stakeholders.
- Deliver product, clinical and procedural training to customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory.
- Grow existing accounts and maximise the potential of key customer relationships.
- Work closely with the wider commercial team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Use your clinical and product expertise to support surgeons throughout the customer journey.
- Represent the company as a trusted partner.
- Promote and develop the company’s innovative joint reconstruction portfolio.
About you
What We're Looking for
- Current Clinical Specialist, Orthopaedic Sales Specialist or Sales Representative with strong joint replacement/product knowledge.
- Proven experience supporting orthopaedic procedures in theatre.
- Strong understanding of joint reconstruction and replacement.
- Established relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and key NHS stakeholders.
- Confident providing clinical and product training.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Highly motivated, ambitious and keen to make an impact within a growing territory.
- Full valid UK driving licence.
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
