Field Service Engineer

Are you a hands-on engineer who enjoys troubleshooting technical problems and working with innovative medical technology?

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer to support specialist equipment used in radiotherapy and oncology, helping healthcare professionals deliver precise cancer treatments.

Key responsibilities:

• Install, maintain and service medical equipment.
• Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot hardware, software and network connectivity.
• Perform preventive maintenance and provide remote customer support.
• Deliver basic technical training and maintain accurate service documentation.

What we're looking for:

• An engineering, electronics, IT or related technical background, or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
• Experience with Windows-based systems, hardware, software and networking.
• Fluent German and good English.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Medical device or radiotherapy experience is beneficial but not essential. We're particularly interested in motivated engineers who enjoy learning new technology and working independently.
