About the role


The Role

Reporting to the international leadership team, you will be responsible for driving market growth, strengthening customer relationships, and overseeing local business operations in Germany.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the German market.
  • Drive revenue growth through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing GPO networks to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Oversee local operational and administrative activities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution of business objective.
  • Identify and capitalise on market opportunities to support long-term growth.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the German business and the international headquarters.

About you

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong commercial experience in German healthcare, ideally including homecare, hospital, infusion, vascular access, consumables or related service/provider networks.
  • Existing access to German homecare providers, hospital stakeholders, GPOs, distributors or payer-influenced healthcare channels would be highly valuable.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
