About the role
The Role
Reporting to the international leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the company's commercial development throughout Germany. This is a strategic, hands-on role combining business development, key account management, market development, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will identify new growth opportunities, develop long-term customer relationships, and position the organisation as a trusted healthcare solutions partner rather than simply an equipment supplier.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for Germany.
- Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
- Partnership Building: Build long-term partnerships with hospitals, healthcare networks, outpatient providers, and diagnostic organisations.
- Negotiation: Lead complex commercial negotiations from initial engagement through contract signature.
- Account Management: Grow existing customer relationships while developing new strategic accounts.
- Market Analysis: Analyse market developments and identify emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with international operations, service, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.
About you
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an experienced commercial leader with:
- Industry Experience: A successful background in MedTech, diagnostic imaging, healthcare services, healthcare infrastructure, or capital equipment.
- Sales Leadership: Proven experience managing regional or national sales activities within Germany.
- Consultative Selling: Strong consultative selling and strategic business development skills
- Established Network: An active network within German hospitals, healthcare providers, or diagnostic organisations.
- Procurement Knowledge: A solid understanding of German healthcare purchasing processes and decision-making structures.
