About the role
The company is expanding its team and seeking a German-speaking Clinical Application Specialist for the DACH region. The role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical training and application support, acting as a trusted expert to customers, and collaborating closely with Sales to support reference sites, product demonstrations, and clinical discussions. This position combines deep clinical expertise with a customer-facing, commercially supportive mindset in a highly autonomous role.
The role is home-based , preferably in Dusseldorf area and requires travel to clients’ sites.
About you
Requirements:
- Clinical background in radiation therapy (RTT, Medical Physicist or equivalent) with hands-on experience in a radiotherapy environment.
- Proven experience delivering clinical training, education, or workflow implementation in a customer-facing setting.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to support sales activities such as demonstrations, reference visits, and congresses (non-quota-carrying, consultative sales exposure required).
- Experience with surface-guided radiation therapy or comparable advanced radiotherapy technologies; hands-on radiotherapy systems strongly preferred.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with clinical stakeholders.
- High level of autonomy, planning capability, and cultural fit with a flat, trust-based organisation.
- High willingness to travel extensively (up to 65%–75%) within the Dusseldorf region and eventually in the DACH region.
- Fluent German and professional working proficiency in English.
