CFO – Mandarin Speaker

We are leading a confidential executive search for a Chief Financial Officer on behalf of a high-growth international portfolio company with revenues approaching $200m, though part of a large global group. The business operates with global R&D, multi-site manufacturing, and commercialisation across Asia, Europe, and the U.S.

Please note that this role requires on-site presence at the company's offices in Sweden. Candidates must be willing to relocate or reside in Sweden for the position.

As part of the executive leadership team, the CFO will:

• Lead and strengthen global finance operations, including planning, controlling, and treasury.
• Partner closely with the CEO and board to support commercial growth and long-term strategy.
• Guide a finance and digital team of 6–7.
• Play a central role in M&A, partnerships, alliances, and preparing the business for future capital markets activity (HK/Europe IPO exposure is highly valued).

Candidate Profile

• A Mandarin speaker with a proven record leading finance in global organisations.
• Experience bridging large corporates and mid-sized growth companies.
• Strong exposure to international capital markets and IPO processes.
• MedTech or pharma manufacturing background desirable, but strategic thinking and cross-cultural leadership are paramount.

Compensation: Highly competitive, with equity participation via a stock option plan in development.
