Senior Program Manager
Competitive Salary + Package
Eindhoven, Netherlands
GS 7717
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a mission-critical, cross-functional program: the successful launch and scale-up of our next-generation diagnostic device. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing MedTech scale-up at a pivotal moment, driving a program that will transform operational, commercial, and manufacturing capabilities and position the company for market leadership.
It’s a critical role, ensuring all functions (R&D, software, manufacturing, regulatory, quality, commercial, finance, and operations) deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Second Generation Launch Program from initiation to post-launch scaling.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of all workstreams.
- Track critical milestones across device development, software readiness, manufacturing ramp-up, and market readiness.
- Be data-driven — define, track, and interpret metrics that inform decision-making, highlight risks, and measure program success.
- Implement KPI dashboards and regular reporting to executives, the board, and investors.
- Identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve bottlenecks proactively.
- Report progress to the leadership team and investors
- Support revenue scaling, cost reduction, process optimisation, and service delivery improvements post-launch.
Requirements
- Relevant University degree and/or certification
- Minimum 5 years in program/project management, ideally in senior leadership roles.
- Manufacturing medical device experience is essential (ISO 13485, FDA, MDR).
- Experience scaling manufacturing from pilot to high-volume production
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs from concept to commercial launch.
- Strong understanding of R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial interdependencies.
- Experience with JIRA and managing agile software development processes
- Skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with high visibility and impact
- Hands-on and results-driven person.
- Fluent in English.
Please note that this is not an IT role.
