Are you passionate about delivering meaningful impact in reconstructive and surgical care? We’re looking for a driven and collaborative Product Manager to take the lead on a specialist portfolio focused on plastic and reconstructive procedures, including Breast, Maxillofacial (MaxFax), and ENT surgery.

This is a full-time hybrid role with flexibility to work from home, balanced with 2–3 days per week in the field or at the office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of your product range
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and surgical departments to identify needs and growth opportunities
  • Develop marketing tools, content, and education materials to support adoption
  • Track market activity and competitor movement, providing key insights for strategy refinement
  • Contribute to launch planning, event coordination, and cross-functional alignment
  • Represent the business at relevant meetings, clinics, or events throughout the UK

What You’ll Bring:

  • Prior experience in medical product management or marketing, ideally within surgical or clinical therapy areas
  • Familiarity with Breast, MaxFax, or ENT therapies is preferred, but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with confidence engaging surgeons, clinicians, and stakeholders
  • A proactive, commercially aware mindset with the ability to manage projects and timelines
  • Willingness to travel to West London or South Wales offices and across the region as needed
