The Role: Executive Search Consultant

To accelerate our growth, we are seeking experienced recruiters to join our team. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote working.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct thorough role briefings to deeply understand hiring needs.
• Strategically allocate internal resources to execute search mandates.
• Identify and engage top-tier talent for executive-level roles in MedTech.

Who We’re Looking For:
