They are now recruiting for a Clinical Strategy Manager, who provides clinical leadership, supporting the UK strategy and implementation. This role is key to ensuring clinical activity and generating evidence are aligned to all products and services, working with KOLs to ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. It is a national role covering the whole of the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and manage national clinical programs, and ensure safe usage as a subject matter expert both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLS and other clinical stakeholders to drive confidence in the product portfolio.
- Provide clinical expertise and insight, supporting product development and marketing, ensuring regulatory compliance at all stages and levels, leading clinical reviews and follow-ups
- Drive clinical and health economic evidential strategy.
- Ensure clinical insight supports the development and delivery of the Customer Engagement Plan, refining systems and processes.
- Follow health & safety requirements for yourself and others.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following profile:
- Clinical wound care qualification.
- Experience in the UK medical device market in a leadership or strategic position.
- Analytical data analysis skills.
- Effective influencing and persuading skills and excellent customer service approach.
- Excellent communication skills; active listener and confident presenter.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Tenacity, self-driven and goal-orientated.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide, meeting the needs of the business.
- Full valid driving license.
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
