Our client possess ‘game-changing’ products that will help significantly increase healing and bone regeneration for patients undergoing Spine and Trauma-related bone grafts. Using cutting-edge biologics backed by excellent clinical data, our client is positioned for success. Having the ability to provide surgeons with an easy-to-use cost-effective solution.

We have been tasked with sourcing a Regional Sales Manager that can develop and implement plans to maximize sales of our clients’ innovative products. The role will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of independent distributors across the territory – Midsouth, USA.

To be considered, you must have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, the role's essential is to grow the customer base and establish the company's reputation in the assigned region. Knowledge and relationships with distributors in Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina, North Carolina will be key attributes of the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the financial output of the region
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering, they are utilizing.

In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

  • Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven successful sales experience in Surgical, Spine field and theatre sales.
  • Experience in sales through independent and distribution channels
  • Proven ability to influence high-level purchasing decisions and manage relationships effectively.
  • Knowledge of Midsouth, USA.
  • Willingness and ability to travel over 50% of the time.
