Our client is an award-winning leader in sustainable healthcare solutions. They are focused on helping improve the lives of patients and professionals on a global scale through their innovative product ranges. Due to significant growth, they are looking for an International Regional Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee all regional accounts, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their markets and assessing potential.
  • Evaluate the suitability of current distributors and recommend replacements if needed.
  • Manage European business, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop new business channels, onboarding distributors as necessary.
  • Focus on the distributor approach or find new channels when appropriate.
  • Define sales organisation, establishing necessary interfaces with other Business Units and Functions.
  • Allocate resources based on forecasts within the strategy.
  • Build a strong team and ensure operational excellence.

To be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

  • Demonstrated experience in Sales/Marketing Management.
  • Experience managing international distributors.
  • Bilingual: English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese.
  • Responsibility for sales, P&L budget setting.
  • Proven ability to train, set clear goals and strategy, and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Strong communicator with people skills.
  • Experience Developing & and implementing local sales & marketing plans following country strategy and Global Business Unit directions.
  • Preferably educated to a degree level in business marketing related subjects.
