Our client is a leading oncology company, dedicated to improving the care of cancer patients by providing unmatched and affordable solutions that enable precise and efficient tumor removal.
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the North Rhine-Westphalia area to expand the team.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the introduction, market development, demonstration, and installation of surgical navigation technology to support the company's rapid growth.
Your responsibilities:
• Initiate and manage physician relationships and build impeccable Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships within breast surgery and breast radiology.
• Ensure all key stakeholders are aware of the unique benefits of the system.
• Work individually as well as with Marketing, R&D and Operations to achieve desired goals in your geographic area of responsibility.
• Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of localization technology and competitor offerings and becoming an expert in soft tissue surgery and targeted lesion localization.
• Participation in surgical interventions in radiology clinics.
• Organize continuing education for all hospital stakeholders to ensure the system's safe use and improve the surgical/radiological experience.
• Developing presentation skills and presenting regularly to all key stakeholders.
Your profile:
• Bachelor's degree in a clinical, scientific, or business field, or training in a similar field with relevant work experience, such as developing therapies and selling in a demanding, competitive healthcare environment.
• Good knowledge of the German healthcare system.
• Ability to acquire clinical/technical knowledge.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and good knowledge of English.
• Good knowledge of common computer programs.
• Independent way of working.
• Ability to make presentations both internally and to clients.
• Willingness to participate in surgeries and radiological examinations.
