Their success has enabled them to expand their distribution channels across UK, Ireland and the GCC, and to continually advance and expand the range they offer with new innovations and technologies.

In connection with this ongoing development, the business has identified a need for an energetic Business Development Manager to join the burgeoning organisation in the UK. 

The successful candidate in this position should be at the forefront of the company and committed to developing and implementing an effective sales strategy. The aim is to promote sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute after-sales strategies in the territory.
  • Become a point of reference for product knowledge and provide training to clinical staff.
  • Organize events across the network of the clinical account to drive patient awareness.
  • Manage the network of the account that is responsible for selling consumables.
  • Provide management reports and direct reports, as required.

Key qualifications and experience

  • Proven successful experience with business development within the Medical devices field
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Full, UK driving licence.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Field Sales experience in the medical industry.
  • Experience managing a high-performing sales territory.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing conflicting demands.
  • Enthusiastic with drive and commitment to achieve business goals and targets.
  • Able to form good working relationships with stakeholders, easily and quickly

The territory will cover the Scottish Border down to Peterborough and Kings Lynn.
