National Aesthetics Sales Manager

Our client is an innovative player within the Aesthetics field. In order to spearhead the company's growth and meet strategic commercialization objectives, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an experienced National Aesthetics Sales Manager coming from Aesthetics, Dermatology, skincare, beauty or cosmetic background.
Your responsibilities include supervising the sales team and building long-term client relationships. As a National Aesthetics sales manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you should aspire to develop and maintain successful relationships with large, distributed customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow the Aesthetics business
- Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
- Provide monthly rolling sales forecasts across selected product ranges
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and market initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Medical Aesthetic Sales
- Experience of managing a team in a related industry, or have started taking steps to assist with supporting and leading members of the team
- Knowledge and understanding of Aesthetic, Beauty, Dental, Pharmaceutical and clinical industries essential
- Experience of successfully identifying and launching new products in to the aesthetic and beauty industry
- Experience of working with larger chains of clinics would be ideal
