Our client is a fast-growing manufacturer of market-changing pharmaceuticals to address a range of debilitating conditions. European expansion has necessitated the recruitment of a Sales Operations Manager, Europe.

This individual will be fundamental to the team, taking ‘ownership’ of the European CRM, Veeva. It is a tactical role, in which the resulting analytics will inform the commercial strategy of the business as it continues to scale.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Data/Business Analytics within the pharmaceutical industry, skilled in generating meaningful insights to inform commercial strategy. They will be creative, an excellent communicator and enjoy the cut and thrust environment of fast-growing business. This individual must be ambitious, having an insatiable appetite to apply their skills, and realise data potential to drive the business forward.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to….

  • The development of EU sales operations to ensure key reporting dynamics & metrics are in place for users of the system
  • The implementation of key sales operation initiatives such as territory alignment, field activity and sales reporting
  • Overseeing and implementing Veeva CRM business requirements
  • Support the planning and execution of CRM activity and ongoing support including training and support for all user groups
  • Maintain Veeva system certifications
  • Provide European sales and activity reports identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for field-based leaders
