Global KOL and Trainers Engagement Manager

The essential role of this position will be designing and executing the strategy for training and engaging the KOL network as creating guidelines for local trainers’ development, development, execution of key strategic initiatives, etc. The position reports to Global Head of Customer Education and Training. The position is based in Zug, Switzerland, but the company can be flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Act as an expert on Medical Aesthetics and maintain an up-to-date level of knowledge
• Expand current trainers and KOLs network
• Build and execute a strategy for the identification, engagement and development of global strategy of advocates and influencers in the Aesthetics field
• Create and execute a plan for identification and development of the faculty of trainers, as well as providing guidance to markets for the identification and development of local trainers
• Identify and facilitate global networking opportunities, provide insights and input on top-tier KOL initiatives

Requirements

• Relevant experience, ideally within Science, Pharmacy, Nursing or Medicine; Graduate training in Dermatology, Surgery or Aesthetic Medicine is an advantage

• Strong track record of KOLs management, preferably in Aesthetics

• Strong experience (10+ years) in an international pharmaceutical company in a role in a similar role with the ability to work cross-functionally and cross-culturally
• Demonstrated ability to influence and develop KOL relationships
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel
