Our client is a lead designer, developer and manufacturer of proprietary Medical devices with a growing global presence within the Neurosurgical field. 

To ensure that the business can continue to support their staff effectively, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting an experienced Human Resources professional to join the business as an Interim HR Consultant - International for the Outside USA regions.  

Key responsibilities will include: 

• Collaborate effectively with key internal stakeholders to devise and deploy an integrated HR strategy in line with business aims
• Act as the main point of contact and as the conduit for the talent attraction and recruiting processes
• Provide business partnership to International Commercial leadership in coaching, leadership development, and conflict management
• Continually seek input from key internal stakeholders and feed this intelligence into HR strategy development and ongoing refinement
• Define and deliver recruitment and retention initiatives
• Deliver effective communication and provide leadership for the implementation of HR policies and processes across Sales
• In partnership with Compensation, manage sales compensation including promotions, transfers, equity, and new hires
• Define, develop and implement the company training strategy
• Maintenance and execution of the company Performance Management process

Key skills and experience required: 

• Previous experience as HR or equivalent supporting at the executive level
• Experience within a Medical Device company would be considered a plus
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related - Years of experience can be a substitute for the education
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional analytical skills
• Willingness to travel
