Our client, a leading medical devices company whit a global presence. In order to meet and generate demand for the technology, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a Sales Associate to join their team.
The candidates can be based in London, Birmingham or Oxford.
The ideal candidates should be proactive, dynamic and well organised by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities of the position will include:
- Overall responsibility for customer competence and satisfaction with the product range
- Collaboration with Account Management leadership to define a territory-wide commercial and logistical strategy
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Prepare business proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations necessary to support or close sales
- Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising
In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:
- Proven track record of consistently achieving territory sales targets
- Sales experience, ideally within the orthopaedics, cardiovascular, oncology field
- Education to Degree level or equivalent in a relevant field
- Outstanding presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Willingness and drive to work autonomously and extensively travelling across the assigned region
