Marketing Manager

Our client is a lead designer, developer and manufacturer of proprietary Medical devices with a growing global presence within the Neurosurgical field. We have been tasked to find and recruit an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help the company drive its operational excellence while working in a young friendly and ambitious team in an international working environment.
Applicants must have intermediate French language skills as a minimum.
To be successful in this role, you should have practical experience of at least 5 years in a Marketing or Product Manager role ideally with experience of a technical Surgical product
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive Marketing execution in the BeNeLux region (Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg) for our currently available and future product and service portfolio.
- Work closely with top management and sales team to develop the optimal products roadmap and build brand awareness from marketing product roadmap to execution
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience and lead the development of web platform project
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and manage all digital marketing channels to ensure brand consistency
- Perform detailed competitive analysis and develop competitive strategies to counter competitive messaging and help position us further as market leaders
- Ownership of the pilot product launches, executions and monitoring as well as execute all product launch presentations, and create and conduct training for multiple teams
Key skills and experience required:
- At least 5 years of proven successful marketing experience in the medical devices field – preferably surgical
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence key decisions
- Highly capable of using lead management, data and engagement tactics and techniques
- Educated to degree level in Marketing or equivalent in relevant field
- Demonstrable track record of success in leading and implementing strategic planning & execution
