Clinical Applications Specialist - Nordics

Our client is a global medical devices company, active in over 130 countries with over 5000 employees and products that help save lives. They are currently looking for a Clinical Applications Specialist with Critical Care / ITU clinical background and clinical experience to join their team in Sweden.

The candidates for this role must be qualified and registered nurses, with experience in specialist care wards like ICU / Intensive Care / Critical Care / Acute Care / High Dependency Units.

  • Educate salespeople on principles and effective application of adopted selling models and coach the same out in the field
  • Work with distributors to bring relevant clinical updates to customers and assist with training of distributor sales team
  • Design training curricula within time and budget constraints
  • Monitor sales objectives and results and report on the impact of training programs
  • Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars and travel to conduct them
  • Ensure that the company’s products are presented correctly and consistently
  • Initiate clinical evaluations or help manage distributor initiated clinical evaluations
     

The successful candidate should closely match the following reference profile:

  • Previous experience in ICU/Critical Care with active Nursing registration
  • Experience in the cardiology/cardiac catheterisation laboratory
  • Degree-level education in a relevant field
  • Fluent in Swedish and fluent English – both written and spoken is a must
  • Excellent presentational and grabbing attention skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned region, valid and clean DL
     

Candidates can be based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Lund or Malmo.

Critical Care or ITU Nursing clinical experience is essential to be considered for this opportunity.
In addition, you will ideally have experience delivering training/education on medical equipment for clinical staff.
