Clinical Applications Specialist
up to £60k + Package

Our client is an innovative player within the Medical Imaging field. In order to spearhead the company growth and meet strategic commercialisation objectives across the UK, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a Clinical Applications Specialist.
The Clinical Applications Specialist will support the sales team during the early part of the sales cycle and after the sale's closing with product demonstrations, installations and customer follow-up.
The position requires qualitative and quantitative skills including statistics, working experience within the Medical Imaging field and strong computer skills.
Key Responsibilities for the position will include:
- Collaborate effectively with sales teams through on-site product demonstration and remote presentation as required
- Support clinicians throughout the patient pathway; peri-operative and post-op
- Provide and continuously improve product education and training programs for existing as well as new customers, arranging training with regularity
- Assist in the specification of clinical studies and study management as well as support the optimisation of the presentations, reports and marketing materials
- Be a product expert to ensure the highest confidence of customer knowledge/usage
- Ensure presence at relevant congresses/exhibitions to further promote education around the product value proposition
In order to be considered for this position candidates must have:
- Successful working experience within the medical imaging field and practical knowledge of the application of X-ray imaging modalities - DR, CBCT and Mammography
- Experienced in aftersales - deliver clinical training and education to customers
- Familiarity in the application of image processing techniques for medical X-ray images
- IT literacy would be a necessity for the position, Python coding skills would be considered a plus
- Education to Bachelor degree level or equivalent qualification within radiography or radiology field
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy job role
