Our client is a global medical device holding with a portfolio of companies and a successful track record in surgical, wound care, ostomy and respiratory. As part of a significant expansion in one of its companies, they are looking to add 5 sales representatives throughout UK and Ireland selling products from their respiratory portfolio.

The ideal candidate should be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote the company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The goal of the position is to contribute to sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.

This role should cover the territory of North West, UK and the candidates should be based on that region.

Key Responsibilities of the position will include:

• Overall responsibility for customer competence and satisfaction with the product range
• Collaboration with Account Management leadership to define a territory-wide commercial and logistical strategy
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
• Leverage key stakeholder relationships to maximise the commercial viability of each account
• Manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising

In order to be considered for this position candidates must closely match the following reference profile:

• Proven medical device sales experience within the Critical Care, Respiratory, Neonatal fields
• Successful track record of medical devices or consumables and/or operating theatre equipment sales
• Deep understanding and successful track record to integrate various sales strategies
• Experience with NHS and HSE Procurement as well as with both Acute and Clinical Commissioning Groups
• Proven experience in key account management, including business administrative procedures.
• Education to Degree level or equivalent 
• Willingness and drive to work autonomously, full clean DL
