Our client is a designer, developer, and manufacturer of medical devices focused on the intensive care field. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained global growth with movement into new regional markets. In connection with this ongoing development, the business has identified a strategic requirement for an experienced Clinical Nurse Advisor to educate and influence the strive of the customers for a better understanding of the company’s product.

The assigned territory for this position is Central and East London, UK and it requires extensive travel across the region.

The ideal candidate should be a registered nurse and have at least 3 years of successful experience and to be able to develop and provide training to the customers’ network.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively with sales teams through on-site product demonstration and remote presentation as required
• Training of customers on products and their installations and procedures 
• Collaborate with KOL's and marketing to develop market-leading material 
• Working closely with development and trials teams to understand the efficacy of new technological advancements and develop training based on them
• Where necessary, travel internationally to share best practices across the organisation 
• Develop and provide clinical pieces of training (external and internal) 

Key skills and experience required: 

• Registered hospital nurse with 2-5 years of experience
• Experience in Critical, Intensive or Acute care
• Previous commercial experience within the medical devices field would be considered a huge advantage
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
• Familiarity within the education skills, communication, presentation skills and  training program design
