Sales Director - EMEA

Our client, a globally active provider of world-leading Medical Device technologies, is currently looking to add a commercial leader to their team as a Sales Director - EMEA.
The company are highly competitive within the surgical device industry and the new Sales Director EMEA will be expected to drive further growth in this key area for the company.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, sales strategies and pricing policies across the region
- Meet or exceed regional revenue targets
- Implement and manage a distributor channel network in the region including developing and maintaining high-level relationships with KOLs
- Be the reference point for product knowledge and expertise including technical aspects, sales tactics and coaching
- Provide management reports as required, represent the company at relevant industry events and otherwise act in accordance with company standards and policies
Skills and experience required:
- A minimum of 10 years' track record of success in healthcare sales & marketing, endoscopy experience a strong asset
- Proven ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams
- Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
