Our client is a globally renowned designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic devices and solutions that improve the well-being of customers all over the world. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained growth with an increased global presence. In connection with this ongoing development, we have been tasked to recruit a high-performing Sales Manager to help the business meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
The successful candidates for this role should use their creativity and have in-depth knowledge of sales processes in order to develop innovative ideas for business growth.
The candidates should be based in or near Seoul, Korea.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Key skills and experience required include:
- Successful previous sales experience within the medical devices industry, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience with sales in the Aesthetic or Dermatology markets, ideally with capital equipment sales
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach and demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Educated to a degree level in a related discipline
