Our client is an international digital health IT pioneer whose products are used in thousands operating rooms across the world providing safer and smarter environment. As a key element of the commercial strategy, we have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a skilled Sales Manager for the DACH Region who will report directly to the Head of DACH sales.

As a Sales Manager DACH, you will be directly responsible for the sales process and business development of projects in the South of Germany, Austria and Switzerland region. The successful candidate for this role must have excellent communication skills, extensive sales experience and be highly motivated to meet sales goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Define, develop achieve sales growth and targets
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Handle commercial proposals and tender responses
  • Strategic market development

Key skills and experience required include:

  • Solid sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferable within IT / software
  • Fluency in German and English both written and spoken
  • Strong IT software or Digital Health background
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Degree educated within business, economics, IT or equivalent

The candidates can be based in Central and/ or South Germany.
