Training Manager - EMEA

Our client is a globally renowned designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic devices and solutions that improve the well-being of customers all over the world. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained growth with an increased global presence. In connection with this ongoing development, our client has identified a need for an energetic and motivated Training Manager - EMEA.
The candidates should be able to identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the firm as well as work across many departments to get employees up to speed in both their specific vertical and the overall needs of the company. Training Manager responsibilities include enhancing employees’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
The role would be currently practised online, so the candidates should feel comfortable to work both face to face as well as online.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Own, build and deliver training with high impact in the Aesthetic industry for the existing customers inside and outside of the Company
- Develop an educational community, enabling optimal clinical results
- Deliver field-based coaching, clinically developing field-based staff and make presentation and trainings in front of various sized groups from 5 to 100+ persons
- Accelerate new team members clinical sign off, ensure the highest standards of clinical and therapeutic capability
- Organize all aspects of company participation in relevant industry congresses and meetings - from registration to post-event follow up
- Where necessary, travel internationally to share best practice across the organization
Key skills and experience required:
- Educated to Degree level
- At least 3 years of experience, ideally with Aesthetician or Nursing background
- Track record of delivering clinical education to internal stakeholders as well as hospital end-users
- Fluency in English a must, the second language would be considered a plus
- Familiarity within the education skills, communication, presentation skills, training program design, benchmarking and review process
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the EMEA region, up to 60% of the time
