Our client is a central American-headquartered designer, developer, and manufacturer of market-leading medical aesthetic device technologies. The business is currently undergoing significant and sustained global growth with movement into new regional markets. In connection with this ongoing development, the business has identified a strategic requirement for an energetic Sales Representative to join their team in Sweden.

The successful candidate for this role, should have excellent communication abilities and be highly motivated to meet sales goals. Ultimately, the role's essential is to grow the customer base and establish the company's reputation in the assigned region.

The candidates can be based in StockholmGothenburgMalmöUppsala or anywhere else in Sweden.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overall responsibility for the financial output of the region
  • Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders
  • Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers
  • Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising

 

Key skills and experience will include:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related commercial and strategic position within the medical aesthetics devices field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and confidence in navigating NHS/private sector sales cycles
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively and work autonomously within the assigned region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills will be vital to success in the position
  • Education to bachelors level within a scientific or business-related field
